Human Resource Officer

  • Recruitment & Performance Evaluation
  • Developing job descriptions, preparing recruiting advertisements, checking application forms, short listing, interviewing and selecting candidates;
  • Working closely with departments in a consultancy role
  • Help improving employee relations and responsible for all that concerned personnel matters
  • Building good relationship between HR and other departments
  • Managing personnel activities from orientation through exit interview


  • Age between 23-32 years old
  • Bachelor’s Degree or Higher in Human Resource, Communication Arts, Psychology or related field
  • Have 2-5 years working experience in HR role.
  • Proficiency in using computer program i.e. Microsoft Office
  • Containing excellent interpersonal communication and people skills
